The yoga approach
With the great intimacy you experience in Yoga there is nothing to obtain, but only to achieve a deep self understanding. Yoga practice is a journey, a go and a return… Through an experiential approach, the lesson unfolds from the column and the breath, tools for connecting the body in its wholeness.
Practice is meeting the rythm and music of the body, therefore both static and dynamic moments of holding and letting go alternate to reach integrity, pleasure and freedom of movement, through postures and self awareness. The lesson is constant renovation, which benefits feelings of harmony, acceptance, energy and well being.
Benedetta’s dance
Her work is based on experimentation on various levels of research and on a particular sensitivity of the perception of the body. Her dance is offered as an opening and a concession. Moreover, the constant study of Yoga conjugated to it, gives it a unique approach, which is not a “setting”, but rather a freedom, a lightness that is at the same time intense depth..

Her choreographic research draws energy and inspiration from her Mediterranean and Baltic roots, and from her more than 20-year study of Yoga. Through the exploration of the body in its infinite dynamic possibilities within the small space created by its own limitations, she wants to capture the poetry of human frailty, its sacredness and the urgency of its passions.
